We had a late arrival and were worried about getting the key, but the staff at Stadt Reinfeld were incredibly helpful and made sure we had no issues. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was a pleasant start to the day. Convenient location near the train station with easy access to Hamburg and Lubeck. Despite a minor language barrier, the staff went above and beyond to assist us. I highly recommend this hotel.
